We shall have the right to, after receiving data by the [User/Customer/Client/Subscriber], review banks on behalf of the [User/Customer/Client/Subscriber], and to provide service, get access and view the credit decision submitted by third parties (e.i Banks and Financing Companies) contracting with BestrateUAE platform for the purposes of submitting it to the [User/Customer/Client/Subscriber] in addition to clarifying any inquiries related to it.

By accessing this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, please do not use or access this Platform.

Permitted Use

Our Platform and Services are solely for your personal and non-commercial use. They contain material that is derived in whole or in part from material supplied and owned by BestRate and other sources. Such material is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by us, you agree that you will not use the Services, or duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute or use any material in the Services for any purpose, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

Use of the Services or any materials or content on the Platform for any commercial or other unauthorized purpose is prohibited. You may not download (other than page caching) or modify the Services or any portion of them unless we have provided you with express written consent. You shall not make a derivative use of the Services (or any part thereof) for any purpose, nor shall you download or copy information of users, or otherwise engage in data mining or similar data gathering.

Customers may register to use the services available from this Platform. We may decline a registration request at our sole discretion.
